Amit Shah Takes Swipe at Congress for Plundering the Country over Many Years

Amit Shah criticized the INDIA alliance, emphasizing that the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was a long-awaited victory. He dismissed the Congress’s concerns about the Pran Prathishtha, warning that if the Congress were to come into power, they would put a lock on the temple.

Shah also accused the Congress of engaging in dynastic politics, citing examples of leaders from various parties pushing for their own family members to assume political positions. He emphasized the importance of allowing the people to decide on political representation rather than an entitled family lineage.

Shah also condemned the Congress for their stance on Article 370, asserting that it was Prime Minister Modi who took the decisive step to abrogate it, thereby countering terrorism. He further accused the Congress of widespread corruption, vowing that the Modi government would bring corrupt individuals to justice.

In praising the governance in Uttar Pradesh, Shah highlighted the development in the state under Modi’s leadership. He commended the infrastructure progress, including the establishment of expressways, a metro network, medical colleges, a film city, and a toy park.

Shah also praised Yogi Ji’s actions against criminal elements within the state. The decision by Rahul Gandhi to contest in Raebareli intensified the focus on the Congress’s stronghold in the region.

Additionally, the party’s loss of the Amethi constituency in 2019 underscored the diminishing influence of the Gandhi family in the state.
