30-Year-Old Woman Arrested in Delhi for Hiring Henchman to Burn Ex-Boyfriend’s Face

The woman alleged that the victim had threatened to upload her private pictures online, leading her to seek revenge on her ex-boyfriend and colleague who had broken off their relationship and become engaged to someone else. The woman, along with three attackers, attacked the victim with a knife, causing multiple injuries. Police obtained CCTV footage and call details to identify the woman and the attackers.

One of the suspects was arrested based on a secret tip, leading to the disclosure of the hideout of the woman who had orchestrated the attack. The woman confessed to hiring the three men for an acid attack and providing them with a bottle of acid. She admitted to being in a three-year affair with the victim and becoming infuriated by his engagement.
