Elon Musk Congratulates PM Modi for Becoming Most Followed Leader on X

Elon Musk recently congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on becoming the most followed world leader on the X platform, formerly known as Twitter. This acknowledgment came after PM Modi’s followers on X reached 100 million last week, securing his position as the second most-followed world politician after former US President Barack Obama, who has more than 131 million followers on the platform. The Republican presidential nominee for the 2024 elections and former US President Donald Trump holds the third spot with over 87 million followers on X.

US President Joe Biden follows in the fourth spot with more than 38 million followers. Additionally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Hillary Clinton also have substantial followings on X. When it comes to overall followers on X, Tesla CEO Elon Musk stands at the top spot with more than 190 million followers, followed by Barack Obama in the second position.

Star Portugal striker Cristiano Ronaldo holds the third spot with over 112 million followers, while Canadian musician Justin Bieber and Barbadian singer Rihanna also have significant followings on the platform.
