Mr Bawankule expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde for introducing a scheme that provides Rs 1,500 per month (Rs 18,000 per year) to women, enhancing their self-respect and self-confidence. He criticized the Congress-led government in Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh for discontinuing similar schemes after coming into power, and accused Uddhav Thackeray of supporting parties that lie to the people.
