Amit Shah Takes Swipe at Congress for Plundering the Country for Many Years

Amit Shah recently criticized the INDIA alliance, stating that the long-awaited Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has been achieved. He also accused the Congress of wanting to place a Babri lock on it if they come into power. Shah further accused the Congress of dynastic politics, citing Lalu, Mamata, and Sonia Gandhi’s desires to secure positions of power for their family members.

He emphasized that the seats in Raebareli and Amethi belong to the people and not any specific family. Shah also criticized the Congress for its stance on Article 370, attributing its abrogation to Prime Minister Modi and emphasizing that it has led to a reduction in terrorism. Shah accused the Congress of corruption, promising to imprison those found guilty under the Modi government.

He also praised the development in Uttar Pradesh under Modi’s leadership, highlighting the establishment of infrastructure such as expressways, medical colleges, and a film city. Shah also credited Yogi Ji for eliminating criminal elements in the state. Notably, the Gandhi family’s involvement in the Amethi and Raebareli constituencies has been a point of focus, with Rahul Gandhi entering the fray in Rae Bareli and a close aide of the family being fielded against Smriti Irani in Amethi.

The Congress’ performance in Uttar Pradesh has seen a decline, winning just one seat in 2019 after losing Amethi.
